Privacy policy

What we collect when you order patches or contact us, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. Short version: we use your details to make and ship your patches, and we never sell them.

01Who we are

ZSK Patches ("we", "us") makes custom patches and runs zskpatches.com. Our office is at 1317 Edgewater Dr #867, Orlando, FL, United States. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or order from us, and what we do with it.

02Information we collect

We only collect what we need to make and deliver your patches and to answer you:

  • Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number.
  • Order and design details: patch type, size, quantity, notes, and the artwork or logo files you upload.
  • Shipping details collected at checkout: name and delivery address.
  • Account details if you create an account: name, email and a securely hashed password.
  • Messages you send through our contact form, chat assistant, email or WhatsApp.
  • Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, which our hosting provider logs automatically.

03Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number and payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the billing and shipping details needed to fulfil the order. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

04How we use your information

  • To design your patch, send your proof and make your order.
  • To ship your order and send order updates.
  • To answer your questions and give you a quote.
  • To run your customer account and show your order history.
  • To keep the site secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.

05Your artwork

Logos and artwork you send stay yours. We use them only to make your patches and your proof. We do not show your artwork in our gallery or marketplace without your permission.

06Chat assistant

The "Ask us" chat on our site is an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude. The messages you type are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Please don't share payment details or anything sensitive in the chat. For order-specific help, contact us directly.

07Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business:

  • Stripe, to take payments.
  • Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
  • Our website host and database provider, to run the site.
  • Anthropic, to answer messages sent to the chat assistant.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

08How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. We keep your artwork so reorders are quick. Ask us anytime and we will delete your artwork and account data that we are not required to keep.

09Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@zskpatches.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

10Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in to your account and to make checkout work. We don't use advertising cookies.

11Children

Our site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

12Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
