01About these terms

These terms apply when you use zskpatches.com or order patches from ZSK Patches. By placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't place an order.

02Quotes and proofs

For custom patches, we send a free digital proof showing size, colors, border and backing before anything is made. Edits to the proof are free.

Please check the proof carefully: spelling, colors, size and layout. Once you approve it, we make the patches exactly as shown, so mistakes in an approved proof are not grounds for a refund.

Colors on screen can look slightly different from thread and printed colors. We match as closely as the materials allow.

03Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Embroidered patch prices are listed on our site by size and quantity. The minimum order is 50 pieces; orders below 50 pieces are charged a flat rate of $125 regardless of quantity. PVC, rubber, printed, chenille and other custom patches are quoted individually. The price on your approved proof or at checkout is the price you pay.

Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout, or through a payment link we send after you approve your proof. Production starts after payment is received.

Sales tax is added where required by law.

04Your artwork

You keep ownership of your logos and artwork. By sending artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that making patches from it does not infringe anyone else's trademark, copyright or other rights.

We may refuse any design we believe infringes someone's rights or is offensive or unlawful.

You give us permission to use your artwork to make your order and proof. We will only show your finished patches in our portfolio with your permission.

05Production and shipping

Every design is sample-sewn on our own machine before production. Production and shipping times are estimates given with your proof or order confirmation; we will tell you right away if something will be late.

We ship to the US, Canada, the UK and worldwide. Shipping is free on embroidered patch orders over 300 pieces. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order to the address you gave us. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

Quantities may vary slightly from the number ordered, as is normal in patch production. [Decide: allowed overrun/underrun, e.g. ±5%, and how it is billed.]

06Ready-made marketplace patches

Marketplace patches are made to order from the design shown. Photos show a finished example; small variations in color and stitching between batches are normal.

07Cancellations, refunds and reprints

Our refund policy explains when you can cancel and what happens if something is wrong with your order.

08Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

09Limits of liability

If something goes wrong with your order, we will reprint it or refund you as described in our refund policy. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or missed events.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

11Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
