What artwork to send for a custom patch
You don't need a perfect vector file. Here is what helps, and what we do with it.

A lot of people hold off ordering because they think they need a designer's file first. You don't.
What works
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal because it scales cleanly. A high-resolution PNG or JPG is fine too. A clear phone photo of a printed logo or even a hand sketch is enough for us to start.
What to tell us
The size you want, in inches. What the patch goes on. How many you need. Any colors that must match exactly. If you have a deadline, say so up front.
What happens next
We redraw your artwork by hand for the patch type you chose, then send a digital proof showing size, colors, border and backing. You can ask for changes until it looks right. Nothing is made until you approve it.
